Description: Safa House has been identified as a non-designated heritage asset due to its architectural and historic interest. Its significance lies in the quality and architectural interest of its highly decorative external elevations with embellished windows and entrances, and a recessive shallow-pitched slated roof.

 

The new 14 Residential flats and Commercial unit incorporating an additional storey set behind the

retained facades and a three-storey new build addition with a recessed third floor is proposed.
