Description: The Development comprises 18 Residential Apartments, 3 townhouses and Commercial Space. The appearance of the six-storey element establishes a base, middle and top composition with a repeating grid of recessed balconies and a strong emphasis on verticality. A frame is applied on the four elevations and helps to articulate the northern and western elevations which have a limited number of windows due to the overlooking issue on the Kingston Road properties.
